TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Little Bit Tipsy supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). We do not offer or sell our products to anyone under the age of 18.

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase from Little Bit Tipsy. If you do not verify that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed. You must agree that the person you are supplying the products to is over the age of 18 years.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000) - For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $700).

When placing an order with Little Bit Tipsy, you confirm that all your personal details that you have provided are true and correct.

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or to receive a delivery. You can request that your delivery is left at your door if no-one is home and a photo will be taken for proof of delivery. Our delivery drivers reserve the right to leave a card (in place of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery. They may do so if:

  • There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place
  • Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age
  • The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity of your premises

OUT OF STOCKS/ ITEM SUBSTITUTION:

Whilst we do our best to keep our website up to date with stock levels occasionally there can be out of stocks.

Little Bit Tipsy reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily out of stock with a product of equal or greater value and quality.

You will be advised if a replacement product is used.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@littlebittipsy.com.au Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however once payment has been received, cancellation is at our discretion.

 

Little Bit Tipsy maintains the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. Terms and Conditions will be updated on this site and can be viewed by anyone at any time on this page. Little Bit Tipsy does not hold accountability for customers not reading Terms and Conditions and it is up to the customer to inform themselves of the Terms and Conditions.
